Pall-Ex Iberia awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management Systems

Pall-Ex Iberia has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification in recognition of the implementation of quality processes throughout the company's management systems.


As part of the audit, the assessing body, AENOR, analysed the processes in place at the Pall-Ex Iberia offices in Barcelona and the activities at its central hub in San Fernando de Henares (Madrid), which was recently incorporated into the company's network model.



This achievement signifies the quality present within the Pall-Ex Iberia network, which strives toward a singular aspiration, that is; to achieve excellence and offer a service that is geared completely toward customer satisfaction. The accreditation strengthens the networks focus on efficient management, on analysing the context in which it carries out its activities and on examining the associated risks.


The ISO certification means that the quality of Pall-Ex Iberia nationwide service is guaranteed across the board, as a result of this stringent audit taking place to ensure compliance.


Enric Estruch, Managing Director of Pall-Ex Iberia, highlights the commitment of the entire team that has helped the business to achieve this.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management Systems represents another step in Pall-Ex Iberia's commitment to offering excellence and continuous improvement in its services for its customers. Other steps have included the opening of the network’s central hub in San Fernando de Henares in September 2020, joining the Lean & Green initiative promoted in Spain by AECOC with the goal of reducing CO2 emissions in supply chain activities and the new project to create a controlled temperature division that will soon allow goods to be transported at temperatures between 2° and 8°C.
